He got mad at his fiance because she didn't follow up with an IRS agent about a package dilevery.
He came home, pissed and asked her to come down stairs.
When she didn't, he tore up a desk, assaulted her, pushing her against a wall and, ripping her hair out.
Marks on her body and head are consistent with this according to the police.
He then got a pistol, loaded it, cocked it and started pacing the kitchen floor.

Well, if this is true, Russ Martin is a pussy for beating up a woman. I mean women get beat up by their felon boyfriends in Pleasant Grove daily where he grew up but he is not in Tha MotherFuckin Grove no mo.

My prediction: He will pay her off six figures and all of this goes away.

I'm pretty sure you can't just pay off a felony assault charge. This will not go away unless a judge and jury of his peers say it should go away. With the bodily evidence, of which they certainly got pictures, I wonder if she can even retract her complaint. I'm no lawyer, but I think with the evidence and her initial statement he's pretty much screwed.
